Most airlines, including Japan Airlines, will allow you to bring baby equipment, but rules vary by item size and whether you want to carry it into the cabin or check it. Please note: toddler bed rails are generally NOT an approved in‑flight child restraint and cannot replace a certified car seat for securing a child during taxi, takeoff, turbulence or landing.
