Short answer: Usually yes, but with conditions. KLM accepts baby equipment (car seats, pushchairs, travel cots) but a toddler bed rail is treated as child equipment or extra/bulky baggage. It generally must be checked if it won't fit in the cabin or if it exceeds cabin baggage rules, and it cannot be installed across seats or in aisles during flight.
