- Carry‑on: Solid snacks (puffs, crackers, biscuits) are fine. Baby formula, breast milk, purees and squeezable pouches are allowed even if they exceed 3.4 oz — just declare them at TSA screening.
- Security screening: Present any liquids/soft foods separately for inspection and tell the TSA officer you have baby food and formula.
- Cooling items: Ice packs or gel packs are allowed but should be frozen solid; if partially thawed they may need extra screening.
- Checked baggage: You can pack extra snacks in checked bags, but carry enough for the flight and possible delays.
