Can you bring baby wipes on a plane with Aeromexico when traveling with a baby?

Can I bring baby wipes on an Aeroméxico flight?

Yes — baby wipes are allowed in both carry‑on and checked baggage when flying with Aeroméxico. Airport security treats baby wipes (moist towelettes) as non‑liquid items, so the usual 100 ml/3.4 oz liquid rule does not apply.

  • Carry‑on: You may bring single packets or a full tub of baby wipes in your cabin bag. Keep them handy in your diaper bag for use during the flight.
  • Checked baggage: Tub and packs of wipes are fine to pack in checked luggage as well.
  • Alcohol‑based wipes: Standard alcohol‑based disinfectant sprays or large containers of liquid antiseptics may be subject to liquid restrictions or prohibited if they are flammable — but typical baby wipes sold for infants are acceptable.
  • Security screening: Security officers may occasionally ask you to remove the wipes from a bag for inspection or to open a sealed package. This is routine and usually quick.
  • Quantity: Normal personal quantities for travel are fine. Very large amounts (for resale) could prompt additional questions at security or customs.

If you’re departing from a country with different local rules, security checkpoints follow their national regulations, but baby wipes are widely accepted worldwide. Pack them in your diaper bag for easy access; they’re useful during boarding, changing, and feeding. Safe travels!
