Breast milk, formula and baby food are exempt from the 100 ml carry‑on liquid limit, but you must declare them at security screening. - Carry breast milk in your hand luggage so you can access it during the journey and for inspections.
- Use insulated bags and ice packs (frozen solid items usually pass screening more easily; melted ice may be treated as a liquid).
- Bring bottles, extra supplies and a breast pump — pumps are normally allowed in the cabin; keep batteries/cell packs with you.
- Have proof there’s an infant on board (baby’s boarding pass or booking) to help at security if asked.
