- Bulkhead seats — bassinets are fitted at bulkhead rows, so you’ll need a seat in that position
- Who they’re for — intended for infants who cannot sit up unassisted; cabin crew will confirm suitability
- Use and safety — bassinets cannot be used during taxi, takeoff, landing or turbulence and will be installed/removed by crew
- If unavailable — you may need to keep your baby on your lap with the infant belt or use an approved child restraint device if you purchase a separate seat
