Can you bring baby medicine on a plane with Sun Country Airlines when traveling with a baby?

Bringing baby medicine on Sun Country Airlines

Yes — you may bring baby medicine and baby food/formula in carry-on when flying with Sun Country. Sun Country follows TSA rules that allow medically necessary liquids and baby items in quantities larger than 3.4 oz.

  • Declare any medicines, breast milk, formula or juice to the security officer at the checkpoint for separate screening.
  • Keep meds in carry-on where you can access them during the flight; use original labeled containers when possible.
  • Bring documentation (prescription or doctor’s note) for prescription meds if available — helpful but not always required.
  • Cooling packs/ice are allowed if frozen solid at screening; partially melted packs may be screened further.
  • Bring enough for the trip plus delays; syringes or dosing devices needed for baby medication are allowed but declare them.
  • For international travel check customs and import rules at your destination for medicines and baby formula.
