Yes — you may bring breast milk on board with Southwest. It is allowed in carry-on bags and is exempt from the 3.4 oz (100 ml) liquid limit. At the security checkpoint, you should tell the TSA officer that you have breast milk for an infant; it will receive additional screening (X-ray or inspection). Ice packs, frozen gel packs and dry ice to keep milk cold are also permitted but may be subject to screening and quantity limits.
If you need help at the gate or onboard, Southwest staff are generally willing to assist. Safe travels!
