Can you bring pumped breast milk on a plane with Aeromexico when traveling with a baby?

Bringing pumped breast milk on Aeroméxico

Yes — you can bring pumped breast milk on Aeroméxico flights when traveling with a baby. Breast milk, formula and baby food are exempt from the 100 ml / 3.4 oz liquid rule and should be carried in hand luggage for easier access.

  • Declare at security so it can be screened separately (X‑ray or inspection of contents)
  • Carry a reasonable quantity needed for the trip; security officers may ask questions
  • Ice packs and coolers are allowed to keep milk cold, but they are also screened
  • Label containers and bring extra bottles, pump parts and clean storage bags
  • Bring documentation only if you prefer (child’s ID or medical note); not usually required
  • Onboard storage is not guaranteed — keep milk in a carry‑on cooler and plan feeding timing

If you have a specific international route or transfer, check Aeroméxico or the airport security rules at origin and transit airports for any additional requirements.
