Short answer: Yes — Cathay Pacific generally allows one stroller per infant free of charge. You can normally use the stroller through the airport and hand it in at the aircraft door (gate-check). In many airports it will be returned to you at the aircraft door on arrival; at some airports large strollers must be checked at the check-in desk and collected at baggage reclaim.
