You can usually bring a toddler bed rail, but it depends on size and type. Soft, collapsible rails that fit your carry‑on allowance are normally allowed in cabin; large or rigid rails may need to be checked as baggage. Important: toddler bed rails are not approved aircraft restraints and cannot be used in lieu of an approved child safety seat during takeoff, landing or turbulence.
