Yes — you can bring pumped breast milk on board. Turkish Airlines allows passengers travelling with infants to carry breast milk and baby food in amounts greater than standard liquid limits. At security you should declare these items and present them separately for screening; they may be X-rayed or inspected by hand. Ice packs and coolers to keep milk cold are also permitted but may be screened.
If you want, check with Turkish Airlines customer service before travel for any route-specific details, and carry your infant’s ID/passport when travelling.
