Welcome to Velivolo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velivolo mobile application and website operated by Velivolo LLC ("Velivolo," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Velivolo offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is billed monthly at $9.99/month through the App Store or Google Play. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings.
4. Expert Consultations
Expert consultations are provided by independent professionals, not Velivolo employees. Velivolo facilitates the connection but does not guarantee specific outcomes from consultations. Expert advice is informational and does not replace professional medical, legal, or safety guidance.
5. Marketplace and Affiliate Links
Our gear marketplace may contain affiliate links. When you purchase through these links, Velivolo may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Product recommendations are based on genuine parent reviews and expert evaluation.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post in community forums. By posting, you grant Velivolo a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All Velivolo content, design, and functionality are owned by Velivolo LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Velivolo provides airline policy information for informational purposes only. Airlines may change policies without notice. Always confirm policies directly with your airline before travel. Velivolo is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on app content.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Wyoming law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
